LUNAFEST is a traveling film festival of award-winning short films by, for and about women. This season’s program of nine films – filled with stories of reflection, hope and humor – will travel to over 150 cities and screen in front of 20,000 people. Soroptimist International of Hood River is proud to once again bring LUNAFEST to our community! Your admission fee (a mere $10 per ticket) helps fund SIHR’s programs that benefit women and girls in the Gorge and around the world. You are also supporting LUNAFEST’s main beneficiary, the Breast Cancer Fund.

Screenings are at 7pm on Wednesday, March 13th and Thursday, March 14th at the theater in the Columbia Center for the Arts in Hood River (215 Cascade Avenue).

Tickets are available at Waucoma Bookstore and at the Columbia Center for the Arts. IF we don’t sell out (and we always have!), tickets will be available at the door. LUNAFEST is always a great gal pals’ night out, so be sure to get your tickets early – don’t be left out!

SIHR relies on sponsorship from our local business community to help us put on events like LUNAFEST. This year we are proud and happy to have the support of Juanita’s Fine Foods and Xyngular Health and Wellness Products (available locally through Chavalla Lopez-Bassham at Mt. Views Therapeutic Massage for Women).
